I have been using stainless steel cookwares for years because I was sick of replacing my non-stick pans every year. However, stainless steel loses its shine after uses. I came across Bar Keeper's Friend in Bed Bath and Beyond and have been using it ever since. It turns my burnt baking sheets and pots into brand new cookwares.
